Pit falls

I fell in one

we all do

sometimes.

Walking, sometimes those hills drop

turn into valleys and suddenly

a foot falls deep.

They happen

these pits.

Most days life is flat

a smooth surface of routine

and than the floor falls out

and you drop again.
